Do you make your own haircare products?

No. We offer a considered selection from other brands, with each product clearly identified. We focus on retail selection and useful product information.

Is the shop only for one hair type?

Our editorial focus includes different hair textures and routines, with attention to curls, coils and extension aftercare. Suitability depends on the specific product and your circumstances; a category name is not a guarantee that every item suits everyone.

Are oils an essential part of a routine?

What are the delivery and returns arrangements?

UK delivery costs £4 per order including VAT, with no free-delivery threshold. Selected suppliers fulfil orders through Shopify Collective, and an order may arrive in separate parcels without extra postage. You can notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, then have a further 14 days to return them. You pay direct change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
